Henry Malfroy was a French artist born January 15, 1895 in Martinique, to artist Charles Malfroy. He was considered a post-Impressionist artist of landscapes and seascapes. Malfroy enjoyed painting hillsides and port views of Bouches-du-Rhone and of Le Var. He also painted the bustling ciy of Paris.
Malfroy exhibited regularly at the French Salons, namely, the Salon de Independents and Salon des Artistes Francais.
