The Hélène de Beauvoir Association is a non-profit organization committed to preserving, promoting, and researching the artist's works, as well as the environment of her time. The research aim is to focus on the French intellectuals and artists with whom De Beauvoir fostered relations. The association maintains contact with curators of museums and art history departments at European universities, as well as other institutions that promote publications and translations in German and French.

Helene de Beauvoir
French , 1910-2001

Hélène de Beauvoir is the sister of the writer Simone de Beauvoir. Since 1936, she has exhibited in Paris, Florence, Venice, Milan, Frankfurt, Tokyo and Hamburg. She featured in the Paris Salon de Mai in 1960. Her Cubist-influenced paintings on a variety of themes are decorative in character.
