Priestley, Glenn return to artwork

Glenn Priestley is a Toronto-born artist, painter, printmaker and teacher now living in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Priestley has built his reputation working in the tradition of high realism. His layered figure drawings and large-format oil paintings are often densely packed yet rigorously ordered, offering the viewer a view into a world at times both strange and familiar.

Priestley has exhibited in numerous solo and group shows since the early 1980's, including a major exhibition at the Beaver Brook Art Gallery in 2004. He is represented in both public and private collections throughout Canada, the United States and England.
